From La Guardia GFS:

We greatly appreciate all of the input from this thread, both negative and positive. All derogatory remarks referring to our ethnicity will be ignored!

MDMI stock has appreciated well over 100% since La Guardia signed our agreement with MDMI. Please keep in mind that we are the mouthpiece and public interface for this company. This does not mean that will fabricate press or additional information simply to satiate someone's demand for daily activity.

That being said, we continue to be impressed with MDMI's performance, even though this is not always reflected in the stock price (as any investor can derive from the likes of Coca-Cola or SETO Holdings, Inc.). MDMI has taken a VERY aggressive approach to both the Internet and their existing distribution channels, and this will pay off in massive proportion (of course this DOES NOT occur overnight).

We feel that MDMI will report significant earnings this year, and we are in no way concerned that they will not meet the appropriate deadlines for public disclosure (SEC reporting) within the given time frame. We continue to rate this stock a STRONG BUY and HOLD, and we continue to acquire the stock for our own account. To date we have purchased in excess of 750,000 shares of MDMI on the open market, and we have sold NONE. Through our direct client base, we can account for another 4,000,000 shares that have been taken out of the public market, and are also being held LONG.

I will make a brief apology, as I have on several occasions before, about the time delays on information being posted on our web site. We are doing our best to make the site as functional as possible, and as we are new to this medium, we are moving a bit slow. I ensure all shareholders, and potential shareholders this will not be the case indefinitely.

We encourage all investors to do their own due diligence...and we are willing to assist anyone in that process. Please check us out on the web at www.TwoTrades.com or by e-mail at comercio@doscomercios.com. In addition, you can call us at 800/292-1361 (please leave your name and number so we can return your call promptly!)

We appreciate all of the support we have rec'd from MDMI shareholders via e-mail over the past 48 hours, and we request that if you would like us to post those e-mails here on SI, please include written authorization to do so.

Sincerely,

Phil Hernandez

p.s. - The reason for our delay in joining SI and other posting forums was based on legal research being done by our SEC attorney out of Denver, in addition to providing additional staff. We will begin to monitor other MDMI threads on RagingBull and the like within the next 14 days.
