Uncle Frank: The handwriting has been on the wall for the boxmakers for a long time. The movement away from "fat clients" is not exactly new. But sadly the same folks who bid internet related stocks sky high, seem to miss the point that the future is not on the desktop but access from the desktop - or (more and more) from a phone or handheld appliance. Wall Street thinks of "leaders" by looking in the rear view mirror, so when those "leaders" don't do particularly well, there is panic in the streets. With triple witching, may well be a wild couple of days. Next week will be much more interesting in sorting out who and what are winners and losers. Best regards, Chaz too
