Systems Announces new Agreements in the Public Sector

ATLANTA, June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS - news), a leading
supplier of enterprise systems, announced new agreements in the public sector. St. Louis
University in the Philippines licensed Ross' Renaissance CS financial applications. St. Louis

The Ohio Turnpike Commission expanded its agreement with Ross. The Ohio Turnpike

Renaissance CS. CLS is primarily in the field of satellite altimetry. They are located in Toulouse,
France.

In addition, Ross announced new agreements expanding business with Dominion Resources,
Financial Security Assurance and Ryan's Steakhouse.
