Kevin - No, he gets my award based on the totality of his work. Indeed there are many on this thread that are rude. However, virtually all the others add something to the overall discussion, (with a varying ration of info to insults). My subjective take is that Benjie has taken the rudeness level up a notch. He came in guns blazing and then moved the level up from there. Wow. I do agree that the microprocessor threads overall could use a dose of Politeness 101 (present company excepted, of course ;) Slightly OT - I just met someone at a meeting who was exceptionally obnoxious. Just amazingly rude, insensitive and overbearing without a clue that he was verbally tossing chairs and brickbats at everyone in the room. After the meeting I went over to talk with the guy on the subject of the meeting (genealogy) and discovered that he ran a collection agency. A nearly perfect adaptation of a personality defect into a business where the defect is an asset.
