Very true Peter, and one must keep in mind that the case was never prosecuted. So although it is a very, very serious charge, it was a long time ago and was never prosecuted and thus he was never convicted. I was trying to correct someone else's post which implied he was a convicted criminal.

the weapon as cited in the now ancient manuscripts, was a 1976 Green cadillac that was being used to scare inebriated particpiants driving a 1980 Blue Firebird from the road, while the participant of the firebird tried to scare the occupants of the caddillac from the road infront of the Sig Chi House. Dont I have any USC alum out there that remeber this most memorable night..noone was hurt and only a broken windshield resulted when the firebird hit the curb too hard
