Here are the basics of the proposal as of four months ago. srcm.com Further details can be found in SRCM's most recent 10-K filing (see Freeedgar or Edgar Online). Since then a lot of things have changed (most notably "US Video Satellite" becoming "TV Guide", and the recent resignation of John Reed), and it is reasonably certain that if the deal were going to go through without major modifications from the terms initially announced, it would have done so by now. One thing is reasonably certain, any deal that SRCM manages to pull off will have their end financed by a substantial issue of new stock. Thus, we are here, and waiting.
