Anyone who believes that there is an even distribution of information between sophisticated investors and others believes in the tooth fairy. While a company usually will not and should not comment directly on critical SEC earnings type issues, you can often get around even that by asking indirect questions about sales and margins versus plan. I am certain that some people know a lot more than others about exactly what is happening here. The one thing I do not expect here is anything out of this quarter's earnings, considering the $1 million moving charge. A loss would not surprise me one bit.
