I don't think you will be a "Humster" after the DOC shares are taken up and paid for by HUM. Isn't the deal that HUM is buying all of the shares of PC DOCS for cash, ($11 CDN / share)? What that means is that PC DOCS will become a wholly-owned sub of HUM but all of the previous DOC shareholders will be bought out for cash and will not receive HUM shares in exchange for their DOC shares. They will receive cash.
