My question wasn't meant to be offensive. I simply did not know the answer. I have nothing against China and have many many many Chinese friends.

Actually Robert made a good point. The US is not obligated in any way to send China a single shiny dime in disaster relief, but it did. You feel that the US is obligated to give China millions because of a flood, why is that? Why is China not obligated to give the US millions for US natural disasters?

By merely engaging in ad hominem attacks, you make yourself look the complete idiot. If you are not prepared to answer criticism, dont make the assertion.
