John, The California Department of Corporations has not made any statements to my knowledge about HITTs, have they? But anyway perhaps if the State of California had people that know what they're doing work for them instead of peter principling people that don't know what they're doing work for them this sort of thing would not happen. Unfortuniatly the State of California Department of Personell don't know what they're doing IMHO in promoting people or getting people that know what they're doing into positions that they're suppose to be in.
