Nancy compared to previous 'financing' programs a secondary offering at current or higher ANCR share prices would not cause significant dilution. It would also accomplish may other things, among them--cash to finance rapid expansion, analysts at a minimum from the brokerages running the secondary, and lots of opportunity to spread the word about ANCR to the investment community.

Nancy,

No, the dilution would be minimal (< 10%) and it has the effect of increasing the large institutional interest in our favorite stock.

Look what happened when EMLX did it's secondary (priced at $60) That was dilutive (~20%) and the stock still soared (RTQ = $86)

In feb. of 98 the company raised 11 million dollars which resulted in approximately an additional 11 to 12 million shares. If they did a secondary at $18 lets say, they could raise 36 million and add only 2 million shares. In addition, they could now be represented by some name investment bankers who would do their dog and pony shows all over the country which would attract institutional interest and possibly really put ANCR on the map. Wishful thinking, maybe, but the stock is building a nice base here which is healthy and if more good news is forthcoming I think that it is possible.
