ATTENTION GoNAD's EMPLOYER: Save your money. He has basically rendered himself ineffective on this thread and has NEVER gained any credibility. I would suggest that if your not willing to dismiss him (maybe he's the boss' slow son), you have him work on another thread where he is unknown. It's your money.
