GWB received about 49% of the Hispanic vote. Why?

GWB received about 25%(very high for a Repub)of the black vote. Why?

All this while being against quotas. He has stated that he is against racial preferences and quotas and that he is for "affirmative access". Hmmm

How has he been able to get so much of the minority vote?

I'd be willing to pay 15% + 5% of sales on "value added" items (not food, e.g.).

In the UK it is 25% flat tax + 17% VAT...a bit much, but at least everyone is covered by health care.

I would go along with those numbers. Now, how do we convince Wash. that this is what the majority of the TAX payers want? So long as we have non contributors taking from the pot, they will vote for increases. R
