On the heels of rebounding Internet stocks, Wall Street bankers look to price 21 new issues during the week of June 21, and expect to raise $2.48 billion for those companies in the process. If they're successful, it will be the best week of 1999 so far.

No fewer than 14 IPOs of the 21 deals scheduled to be priced are Internet offerings. But the quality is starting to thin. Seven of these companies reported 1998 revenues of less than $10 million each, and three had no income at all. Needless to say, none of these potentially high-flying IPOs has yet to make a thin dime in profits.....
