Dave,

Thanks for the info. Do you know how much the removable media will sell for?

Regards,
Kerry

I've been waiting for EDIG to announce a camera deal for a long time. Given that MicroOS is compatible with IBM's Microdrive, this might open the shutters.

Let's hope that project that EDIG did with IBM (that Joyce Eastman mentioned) and the VoiceTIMES ( software.ibm.com )connection will help EDIG.

Walter: What is so special about little e.Digital that big Lucent decided to work with them?

Eastman: I have worked with e.Digital on a different project that involved Lucent, IBM, and Intel. I was impressed with e.Digital's responsiveness. We developed a good working relationship. When Lucent decided to work on this project e.Digital seemed to be the natural choice. They were already trying to get into the music side of the business. The President of e.Digital owns two other technology companies and engineers at our Bell Labs know him well. I have been working with e.Digital for a… two years now.
