Looks like companies that make money are still not in vogue for IPO's. I suppose peoepl prefer the more speculative we give everythign away for free now on the chance we can make money later mood.

re: AOL ..Barbara sorry to hear that... perhaps there was some confusion about Jenna's stance on AOL this past monday...I recalled she's being bearish on AOL that afternoon and have a target bottom price of 85-88 area (I think) and If u r able to read her post before the open on tues., she's ready to go long on AOL but "cautiously"...
btw, AOL support should be around $88.75 (see 2/1/99 chart)and 50% retracement should give u around $87.5 so expect a near term bottom at that range for now..

Knowing Jenna's view on short term trading is just like knowing the market in very short term too...it could change by the day or by the hour... she had mentioned this in the past over and over before...since we are in volatile market this past few weeks, I expect her view to be volatile too...
