Chris,
I don't think the majority of investors would agree with your understanding of how a stock is valued. I'm sure you are aware of the countless Internet stocks that are trading at much higher prices than UBS is. Many of these stocks don't even have a revenue yet investors and speculators put a very high "value" on them. Most penny stock companies that are discussed here operate in the red year after year yet discriminating investors see the "value" in these stocks. That being said, I will take this opportunity to point out the fact that UBS has moved up to a revenue producing company and their financial statements for their year end which was May 1999 will prove this. This was due, in part to their completion of a contract with CD RADIO for millions of dollars. For other recent sales please check past news releases.

There are even more reasons to put a high "value" on UBS, potential contracts, ties to Lucent and insider confidence, just to name a few. If you still can't see the "value" in UBS I would suggest Blue Chip Stocks may be more the route for you to take. Then again, it can be justifiably argued that most Blue Chip Stocks are "over valued."

Good luck to you whichever way you choose to invest and be sure to check back here in a month or so to see if you were right to be cautious with this one.

Regards,
Coolslug
