The "baby" isn't the one "finishing birth"...the Mother "births" the baby/Fetus... If the cord is intact, the "baby" is part of the Mother/Owner. I see your point and understand the Emotions you must feel... It don't make it a Nice/Good thing...but the Reality is that a Woman has a Right to determine the Destiny of a Fetus that Depends on Her Life's Blood for it's Existence. A Woman's Reproductive Right to Choose to Abort a Life that is Dependent on Her Body for it's Nourishment, Cannot be Legislated. It just Blows your Mind...I realize.
