They bought a Taiwanese patent from a U.S. inventor?

This is strange.

I just did another search on the IBM patent search engine, and I found there are only 5 U.S. patents where the list of inventors includes the words "Randy" and "Chapman". Only one of those is even vaguely related to motors, and it is the patent that we have already discussed, the decorative housing, which in my opinion does not appear to be a patent worth millions of dollars.
