I don't think the design is inferior, in fact it is very impressive. What remains to be seen is the product. Will that be as impressive as the foils? <G>

I asked AMD about Intel having a production K7 system. Here is what I got in reply:

<Several companies have K7 systems. AMD started sending samples to customers, potential customers, and testing labs last quarter. Each however, is under non-disclosure and are not suppose to divulge their findings until after AMD formally announces the AMD-K7 this month.
