CGarcia-
Keep your chin up --
I'm sending prayers and good vibes to you and your family(especially your father!)
If there is one thing I have a feeling about, is that in my lifetime there WILL be a cure for Alzheimers and such diseases as Multiple Sclerosis, etc.
I watch what companies like Immunex are developing....
and as always...
Go AOL!!!

CGARCIA I went through a very similar experience a few years ago. Very similar. I found that it is very critical to take care of yourself first so that you can effectively help someone else.
Pouring energy your way

C,
It appears you have your priorities in order. Financial issues have a way of working themselves out over the long run. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

OT to CGarcia:
I offer my sincere prayer and wishes to you and your family.
I know how it hurts to work and care to your father while family
is away. Don't waste too much time reading too many negative things on this board. Life is too short to worry on too many gloom and doom.
You steel will is a shining example of how to face adverse situations.

CGarcia, I think we are beyond the worse part of the correction. With Greenspan's comments today, the bond market seems to have settled down. The internet stocks, especially AOL, are receiving much improved coverage by the press, tv and the analysts. Don't forget, its the Blue Chip of internet stocks. The past two days have been good for the markets and Aol. I believe we will have a nice run to higher levels over the next several weeks.

Hang in there...you have a lot of friends and support on this thread.
