Alright, this is something I have not understood since I've read about in the shareholder's paperwork. Can anyone explain how the 10-fold increase in the amount of common shares relates to the 2-1 split?

I'm not following. Are we creating 450mil more shares, diluting the base by 10 and then using some of these newly created shares as a dividend to shareholders on record?
