I totally agree. What concerns me is I think that all long distance is going to come down in price which brings me back to quality. The quality has got to be there or the customers wont use the product. Now, the way in which long distance comes down is another matter. It just come as a result of a company like IDTC showing the communications world that VOIP works and thus the competition follows.
