MSFT wants to sell software and they want NT to get any PR it can in the exchange biz, 'cause it has the rap of not being stable enough to do the job. And so they mention anyone who is using it.

I assume this is an opinion?

As much as I hate to agree with you you are absolutley right on the MSFT issue anyone with any technical experience knows not to use NT for any heavy application. However most investors do not see it that way and jump on anything having to do with MSFT.
