I have been watching Bill call people liars, frauds and shills for two years. No one has sued him yet. Since Bill graciously provides so much clear-cut ammunition for would be litigants, we can only conclude that the companies he targets have more to hide than they would gain by opening up their books to a punch of pesky lawyers. I'm sure Bill knows a few of those too.

<It's not enough that it is a lie> Michael, To me the issue is not to prove that short-sellers are out to bring down the stock price of CCSI. But that Mr.Wexler is engaging in unlawful ways to manipulate the stock price of CCSI by fabricating and publishing defamatory statements,is the issue here. Libel actions "almost never pay off" since the standard of proof in U.S.courts are high. Even in the stick and stone countries that sorry fact is known. But if Darby has any spine left for her investors she ought in their long term interests and the future success of her products in the medical environment make every possible visible effort to get wicked Wexler off the SI publishing stage.
