Yes I think this report is spot on.

Remember the new 0.18 mobile Dixons only run at 400Mhz speeds.

I guess Yousef is still involved in running their process development.

He still thinks its all in the FETS.

Now all the delay is in the routing and Fast Fets don't help much if you don't take care of the routing delays.

I wouldn't be too concerned. I'm sure that all of this can be worked out if_Intel executes.
