LindyBill, you raise some good points. A couple of things to keep in mind, however. (1) CMGI's last earnings release sent a message to these companies that they have to consider EPS on a go forward basis even if Joe Kernan says it's irrelevant on CNBC. (2) The management of these companies is key in evaluating and developing a trust with the business and trust in the fact that they will not play damaging games with their portfolios in an attempt to manipulate the Street. I have this confidence in both SFE and ICG. ICG's management team is incredible. (3) Even if these companies are defacto MFs, companies at the end of the day are judged by the returns they can provide to their shareholders. And with the IPO pipeline these businesses have, these businesses should have no problem outperforming the Market. I want this investment in my portfolio. Teflon
