Opps, I did forget one thing. This trade of mine is base more on TA of the stock movement rather than anything else, if you check out Clearstation you will see the Stochastic has bottomed out as oversold and is heading up and the MACD Histogram is about to break into the positive. I really wouldn't care if the company only made widgets at this point in the game, I'm just trading on the oversold condition that exists.

Northern, IMHO the biggest red flag is the LFT "investment". The structure is highly unusual, to say the least. Also the initial press releases announcing the "investment" were false and misleading, since they didn't disclose that HITT had received no cash, but only a promise "backed" by some, ah, postage stamps.

Anyway, it sounds like you're going in with your eyes open. Good luck.
