Surprised to finally see a stock that is above 5 issueing preferred stock. Looks like an interesting play. On the positive side they seem to be losing less money and modestly higher revenue but on the negative side they seem before this offering to be running very low on cash $224K (Yahoo Profile), Insiders selling of stock since last year, and in very competitive market. It's technicals seems to be neutral to modestly negative(Beginner in Technicals). clearstation.com Any other thoughs about the companies prospects from a fundalmental or technical basis. John
