False paths, of course, will lead you somewhere entirely different. I'm always leery of this notion. Not that there aren't false paths, but the impulse to brand other paths as false, and try to drag their followers onto our path, has diverted many pilgrims from their own paths. There are few temptations stronger than the temptation to assume that our path is right simply because it is ours. Morality may or may not be absolute; even if we accept that it is, this is not absolute evidence that it has an external source.
