If this were an end in itself I might agree (too much messy legal implications for nothing). The truth is, in most cases like this the baby is born and lives a full life. Have you ever heard of fetal alcohol syndrom? It is one of the most common causes of mental retardation in our country. So we have people all over the place your age who are not heads of industry. One reason, mom couldn't be inconvenienced to set the coctail hour aside for the sake of another human beings life. Not fair? Men don't have to give up coctail hour. Everyone of the situations you presented represent a lack of responsibility to another human beings life. Maybe it would help if you thought of fetuses as 40 year olds in the making. Look at the people around you as fetuses who've made it. The rest of us do.
