I will agree with you that the $20 price was not justified without any cash being put on the table by the LFT, but I really wouldn't blame the company for that, it was mostly novice investors that drove the price up on the news IMO (some people read things incorrectly, or read them to their own benefit). As far as DR having a controlling interest in the company, well I can think of many companies having major shareholders that are less than ideal citizens, but that still doesn't mean the company itself is bad. I suppose time will tell the real story on this one. Stamps? I thought it was some sort of oil lease? I suppose though that 'investment securities' could mean about anything with value to some folks. I have some nice swamp land here in Alaska, perhaps I can trade it for some shares <grin>. Good trading to all.... NT
