It is a beggar state that has problems supplying toilet paper to it's people. Russian troops rush into Kosovo and then have to plead with NATO for water. <g> Sending more finanical aid to Russia is worse than flushing it down the toilet. I'd rather see the aid go into make Serbia's surrounding enemies stronger, including Kosovo. I also don't want to see NATO nations spend one nickel in Serbia until Serbia pays reparations to Kosovo. Sanctions should continue against Serbia until they assist in the rebuilding of Kosovo. Serbia destroyed Kosovo, they should be forced to fix it!
