DUCKWATCH 99 - DAY 104 Something came and landed in the pond today... seems to be swimming around and eating the piles of bread... not clear whether it's really a duck or not, but appears to be some sort of water fowl. Getting awfully foggy right now...

Dave, "...other than I feel pretty good about this whole thing." I sense some hesitation in your voice right around the "pretty good" part. Am I just being paranoid here?, or are you not as thrilled as I want you to be? I will continue to hold with mptv, but with the PR being sooo long anticipated, I was hoping for a little more fireworks. It was a little bland IMOO. The loan closing was certainly great, but I was expecting more. Always want more. ;>)
