For all, PKDV summary ! Major interest was started when the company signed a 1.125 billion dollar contract in Tawain last week. The stock exploded over 200%! The next week wasn't as kind, many people believed the company was a scam, that they couldn't fufill the contract but over the last few days the company has started to prove that this is the real deal. Company Number 1-702-220-9797 (leave message they will call you back) Website pankai.com 1) please view the updated website, their is a product anylasis and the patent and the details of the contract. They are able to produce the product but they also have a lot of companies trying to be their friends! 2) Sky Tower is owned by Pan Kai and their are pictures and the apprasial on the website. (look under financials) 3) 6 million in cash and no debt! Low float of about 7 million. Financing is underway, possibly a private placement 4) Financials will be out by the end of the month (financials on page are well outdated because they were done before company turned public in dec 1998.) 5) Subsidiary's financials will be posted on website no later then June 20th. They own 48% 6)Take a look at various current projects 7)Possibility of further contracts concerning detectors...possible partnerships or a merger. 8)Owns 50% of arthritis co.
