Do you mean the forward split? I'm not sure you'll get certs for that (I didn't get certs for the 1:300 split). As for the various cert distributions (preferred, plaintiff, warrant, Archive) I got them almost right away - certainly weeks (or in some cases...months) before some folks who have their CVIA stocks in a brokerage.

We authorized the TA to send out "matching" amount of shares in certificate form, to reflect the split and minimize the confusion some brokers seem to occasionally get.

These certificates went in the mail Tuesday.
