That's the fundamental truth of trading internut stocks. Valuations eventually will matter- and they'll be trading at 90% lower prices. But for now, it seems the "lottery" mentality is back in force, and as such you should view these stocks as lottery tickets that people are willing to buy. After all, millions of people throw their money away in lotteries where their chances of winning are basically zero.. So it's an easy step of logic to assume that same psychology would be in force in the netstock arena- where the odds of success, at least in the recent past, are extremely high.

Agree for the most part. The Fed's actions are likely to be only a slight tightening - but that contrasts with the liquidity injection you mentioned. AMZN and other stocks that are valued on potential earnings several years out will be working against a head wind, IMO. I think AMZN has a nice ecommerce story but that it will take until latter this year before the growth factor overcomes other factors so that the stock can move up to near new highs.
