I am getting tired of waiting for this company that supossedly holds the key to chip manufacturing technology to make some money and make their patient shareholders happy for a change (that is their job, by the way, once a company goes public their responsibility is with the shareholders).< I, too, am frustrated that CYMI hasn't fulfilled my fantasy's about becoming a $100 stock. But, I'm at a loss to understand what you think management could have done differently. You purchased this stock knowing that they make laser's for semi production. Even today that have a market share that is 80-90% of the market. They have continued to develop next generation technologies, etc. Exactly what is it you think that management should have done? The truth is that CYMI's timing has been pretty poor and some of our stock purchasing has matched it. Just as CYMI reached real critical mass the market for semi equip. collapsed. That was unfortunate for CYMI and for us, but, I don't really see it as a failure of mgmt. I rarely defend management, but, I really think that they have done their best to make the company successful in the long run. Which is their job. There are alot of people who get frustrated with management of co's when they buy the stock and it doesn't go up in pretty short order. Well, the interests of short term shareholders are not and should not be the primarily concern of management.
