Pugsy, And what exactly does that have to do the crimes commited here in RMIL? Perhaps a common element was that investors were induced to buy near worthless securities at markedly inflated prices? Undoubtedly that was the point GD meant to make. <g> From a WSJ article on the arrests: ...The schemes in each of the three cases are similar: A group of brokers and others would gain control of the stock in a small company for next to nothing.
