Newpark Resources NR up 6.8% on almost triple normal volume today. Whatever is going to happen with Tuboscope TBI (merger or sale) must be getting close.

Yeah, what about it? Depletion is part of the supply component of the "simple equation", and so is new supply (e.g., Russia, UK, Sudan, OPEC cheating, etc.). Just trying to keep you looking at the big picture. ;^)
