Do you have anything to add in response to Phil's recent question to you (reposted below): Hi Bernie - I would really appreciate a clarification on the following based on your conversation with Suzanne yesterday: "Bernie said that the company still needed about $500,000-750,000 to make it until positive cash flow. He believes they have pretty much found it. Apparently, Bernie has been very active in helping find these last funds." Is this in addition to the $ 2.2 million of the PP that TSIG anticipated using (i.e. for a total of $ 5.2 million) - or is it possible that the $ 2.2 million of the PP may no longer be needed to reach positive cash flow ? Just like the people who bought Amazon @ over $210 on margin have lost all of their investment due to a value of $95 being less than half, so to can we loose our money in TSIG.I believe that the upside potential in TSIG is more than that of amazon based onprice and percentage gains.
