Joint venture with Echo Bay Mines resulted in the identification of five new target areas. A 23-hole program was completed in January 1998. The results, published in the April 14, 1998 press release, show a current resource of 400,000 oz Au. It is expected that this deposit could contain over one-million ounces of gold. Based on favorable road cut samples, an application has been filed to expand the property an additional 22 square miles to a total of 60 square miles. Quest is currently seeking a joint venture partner in an effort to advance this property towards production.
