MIAMI, Jun 17, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- Bridgeport
Communications Inc. (OTC BB:BPOT) announced Thursday that it has
executed a definitive stock purchase agreement to acquire 100%
ownership of WealthHound.com Inc.

On May 24, 1999, Bridgeport Communications Inc. (OTC BB:BPOT) announced
that it had entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the
issued and outstanding shares of the company.

Due to expedited due diligence by both companies, the closing is now
scheduled for June 25, 1999. The original closing was scheduled for
June 30, 1999.

WealthHound.com intends to be the complete Internet solution to
personal finance and wealth building. The current beta-version of the
site allows users access to proprietary search technology to locate
information on companies, financial products, services and market data.
WealthHound's research center provides consolidated access to many of
the best information resources online. Future products will include
stock quotes, charts, news, discussion on stocks, funds, and indices

Smart move ... I have a broker in NY I am using to do such as that and leaving my NDB for the OTC. Right now I have as much in NY as I have in NDB ... going to see in 1 month which one is higher ... About $30K in each ... LOL ... Going to be interesting on my diversification into the market place.
