IW, assume one can convert TBFC shares to EGRP now instead of waiting for the deal to be finalized [this is essentially what arbitrageurs do, shorting EGRP against TBFC]. If you buy 100 TBFC shares at 33, convert them to 105 EGRP shares and sell them at 35, how much profit do you have? Is that closer to 10% or 1%?

Anybody knows how long this deal could take to finalize? Three months?
