there have been many suggestions that have not been addressed; I would call jj(again) and let him bring them up at the upcoming directors meeting in June; such as more directors being added to the board and the authorized shares. I believe we have to trust management about those authorized shares !! I cannot see them buying out another company with the additional shares but anything is possible; I would like to let them keep the option of doing so. I still think a name change would help.several possibilities.. 1.VoCom Technologies. 2.VoReCom Technologies 3.Recognicom Interactive. 4.Reactive Voice Com Inc. 5.Intellinet
