You may be right (and I'll bet the lawyers would have a field (oxide) day with that one).

P.S. I believe that where this is all headed is an investors' bulletin board on each company's website similar to what Dan McCranie has been doing at Cypress Semiconductor. John Hull on the Intel thread is an informal presence on SI. If SI were on the ball, it might try to get every company to host its investor thread on SI, parallel to the existing company-related threads. - TL
