To all the good guys out there:

Thanks for your continued support and encouragement.First, I owe an apology regarding the share numbers, and an explanation. No, we didn't print more, we don't have it to print,we cannot issue or sell more shares (no 504 stock is available) and could not sell any shares without a registration with the sec. The reason for the difference is that a number of restricted shares, mainly from the B & B and Lowglow acquisitions were inadvertently not listed when we showed the outstanding. It was not done to deceit anyone or hide anything. These are the truthful numbers, and yes, you can call Alpha Tech (Mr.James Farell) and confirm the numbers, but please, do not bombard him or the people at Alpha Teh (their phone is: 801-278-1777). Again, sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. Anyway, business is very good, planning a trip to China with Mr. Lou Wiener in July, anyone like to fly 22 hours??"Ain't Fun"!!!
Keep smiling,we are here for you...
SK

My reply was in short that it was not understandable as the PR clearly stated 200K restricted.

Yes "it looks like and walks like" as you say it.

I'm selling remaining position 5K@40cent and 500shares@6$ at open tomorrow.

I was almost going through the ceiling when I read SK's post.

Let me add that the cash flow IMO could not have survived the raise in turnover, unless of course the customers pay COD - And I do not think those customers we hear about pay COD. It is 60days minimum, and some even 60 days after goods sold from the shelf.
The earnings cannot cover the cash flow needed - That is quite natural - Only SK has wound himself into a web of inconsistence, and now he has a severe problem getting out again.

As stated above, I leave it - No one have expressed a wish to participate in a CA, so I'm leaving that up to someone staying longer here - e-mail me when and if it becomes an issue. I have my part of necessary documentation.

Good luck to all.

Kr
Jens

I'm no expert, but I'm still trying to figure out, if there are 200 mil shares authorized and outstanding, how do you get to 3.7 mil shares on a 1 for 60 R/S? I don't read all posts, and perhaps I missed it. But more shares were printed, yes? and if so, for what?

mn.
