jb, Not foolish but grounds for an extention. This is a start up company. I can't understand why people are bashing a start up company. There has been no fraud that I could see that is material to any start up company. People should let the company go about its business. Do you see any fraud in the way they are conducting business, I don't? Even if HITTs needed to file documents as a non reporting BB company so what if they didn't report on time. This is a start up beginning business. Let them learn as they grow. Bob
