stopped out at 52 for a small gain. Stochastics don't bode well - looks like it may go to 43.

Couple of interesting points in the announcement:

... State-of-the-art 640 gigabits per second per fibre-optic pair, and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technology, will provide upgradable, "future-proof" transmission facilities to support Internet and e-commerce.
The proposed APCN2 will have a 'self-healing ring configuration' with four fibre-optic pairs, equipping it with greater network resilience and route diversity ...

The combination of self-healing with unlimited upgradability (my take of "future-proof") makes for a once-in-lifetime sale to these customers. Doesn't bode well for SDLI's future DWMD sales and earnings once the world is interconnected. Of course it may take a few years to do the latter. Comments?
