They are now since they became reporting. They weren't when you and the rest starting bashing the company. Again, you are wrong. It appears that you are deliberately making false and misleading statements. SCMI was a reporting company. It purchased a private company hitsgalore.com As a consequence of that purchase, the shareholders of the formerly private hitsgalore.com gained control of the public reporting company - SCMI. Immediately, (back in March when the reverse merger was completed) all the prior and current reporting responsibilities become the obligation of the new owners. There is no doubt of this. Please cease stating false and misleading information.
